If you are an adult or teenager who stutters, and you find yourself avoiding speaking situations, people and opportunities because you stutter, the
MPI-2 Stuttering Treatment Program may be just what you have been searching for.
The MPI-2 approach is different than traditional stuttering treatment, and is based on over 20 years of research conducted by Dr. Roger Ingham and colleagues at the UC Santa Barbara Stuttering Clinic.
The results speak for themselves. The following video highlights actual results from people who have already completed the program.
How Does It Work?
“MPI” stands for Modified Phonation Intervals. During the course of the program you will learn to “modify” or change the way your vocal cords vibrate, to lengthen your “phonation intervals” or periods when your vocal cords are vibrating to make sound.
It turns out that people who stutter use lots of short phonation intervals, and by using longer phonation intervals your fluency will improve dramatically.
