Medicare is Accepted

Adult Speech Therapy Services is in-network with Medicare Part B for outpatient rehabilitation services. For all other insurance companies, we are considered an out-of-network provider.

Courtesy Billing

If you do not have Medicare, you will be required to pay out-of-pocket at the time of service delivery.  As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Your insurance company will then reimburse you directly, according to the terms of your insurance policy, once the claims have been submitted and processed.  We will verify your insurance coverage before treatment begins.

If you are not insured or do not intend to submit speech therapy claims to your insurance company, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your therapy services may cost. You can find more information here: No Surprises Act.
